POINT A is developed by Antonios Projects, founded in 2006 by pioneering businessman Fady Antonios, who has built an
impressive portfolio of companies over the course of the past four decades.
In 1971 Fady Antonios established the National Food Products Company (NFPC), which today is one of the largest food and packaging
groups in the UAE. It includes 'Milco', a producer of milk-based products and contract packer, 'Lacnor', a producer of long life milk
and juices, and Oasis pure drinking water. NFPC expanded in 1986 with the establishment of a Singapore office to service its clients in
the Far East. In 1988, a joint venture was established in Denmark, under the name Primodan dairy equipment, to engineer and supply
a complete line of dairy products and equipment all over the world.
Another joint venture in 2001 with Arla Foods (Denmark - Sweden) enabled NFPC to utilize its extensive distribution network and to import
and distribute all its products in the UAE and Oman; 12 state-of-the-art distribution centers provide more than 12,500 outlets with its entire
range of products.
Turning his vision homeward to Lebanon, and with the ambition of being one of the major developers in the local real estate market, Fady
Antonios founded Antonios Projects, which purchased a number of plots in the Ashrafieh-Sodeco area with a view to developing Lebanon's highest
tower, the exclusive SAMA BEIRUT.
The company is in the process of purchasing several plots of land in Lebanon for future developments of the same caliber as Sama Beirut. Recently,
Antonios Projects launched its new development, POINT A, a high end office building located in the French Embassy District.
